I struggle to find the words for just how exhausting it is trying to figure out a reason and an explanation for unknown chronic medical problems, and being gaslighted by doctors. As a person with an eating disorder diagnosis, it's even more insane that this primary doctor would recommend exercise, as if I haven't tried that in the 3 years of having this debilitating fatigue that nobody can seem to figure out or give me a valid explanation to.
