Horrendous experience and haven't even gotten past the checkin desk! Referral sent from Our Lady of Lake ER for a two week followup for broken jaw. It's now 3 weeks and haven't yet received a call back. Have called multiple times a day, stopped by in person and am told "the referral is in the system but a nurse hasn't accepted it yet." In the meantime I am in excruciating pain and would just like to know that I have an appointment scheduled. Absolutely 💯 best experience for both of my recent procedures!! I wish I could remember each staff member’s names (one of the nurses name was Sharon) that cared for me twice in the last 3-4 months. Each and every staff member from registration to discharge was so personable, helpful and made me feel safe and cared for. My first experience with this place ! I loved the orthopedic doctor & all the staff were very friendly from checkin , X-rays & discharge . My wait wasn’t long . My appointment was at 11:30 & I was checking right away , called to xray within 5 minutes . Went back to the waiting room & called to the back within 10 minutes. Didn’t wait Long to see the orthopedic & he was caring , asked questions , examined me , explained to me about my injury & answered all my questions. Nuestra cita era a las 8.20 llegamos 5 minutos tarde son las 11.30 y aun estamos en espera. No puedo creer lo lento que trabajan aquí. Y para nada porque no solucionaron nada del problema por el que venia. Los doctores muy bien pero las enfermeras uffff necesitan trabajar en su atención al cliente y las de registraron también muy mal muy muy mal.
