RecommendedLarissa the owner, I’ve known for years so when it came down to helping my fiancé chose a ring, I chose to take her to see Larissa. Larissa and her whole staff were so helpful and patient with my very indecisive fiancé. It took two trips but she finally said yes to the ring! Larissa even helped size mine to fit better!
Going the extra mile. It's the second time I needed help with my watch. Special watch - a birthday gift I would never have bought for myself (expensive!) Complicated because, once again, I was about to travel and not return from Europe until months later. Not only was LSO able to give me a (very fair) estimate for the job, but also willing to mail me the watch once done. Problem solved for me☺️☺️☺️, though it included a bit of extra effort on their part.
I’m so happy with my ring and the sizing!! I had such a hard time with another jeweler who never explained I would need a half shank and a laser. I would have had too thin of a ring that broke. I thank you for your work, expertise and professional kindness!!
A professional watch maker asks about your watch usage when changing a battery. LSO did not. I have learned this expensive lesson by having LSO change a battery in my Luminox. I had swam with this watch a hundred times. After LSO touched it It filled with water and required an $80 movement to work again. Thanks to a much more professional Watch and Jewelry Hospital.
