A business that does you a favor by doing what they promised A simple lawnmower fix turned into a very bad experience. I dropped the machine off on a Sat morning and they promised it would be ready by Monday. I did not need it until Friday, so I called Thursday to see when I could pick it up. It was not ready. They then said it would be that afternoon or Friday morning. Purchased my lawn mower at the box store, got zero help from their untrained staff. Looked up these guys as a toro warranty center. They were quick to help me and seemed to care just as if i had originally purchased my mower from them. Problem solved in one visit. THANKS!!!!
These folks have way to much business to please all their customers and provide good customer service. When they forgot to fix my lawnmower, the owner provided all the excuses in the world, but no apology. It was like he could care less about my poor experience with his service. Maybe we should help him out and take some business away from him so he can focus on his real customers better.
They service just about every major brand of lawn equip. They are always busy and it takes a while to get it back, so take it in early or the winter months when things are slower
