If you need outdoor power equipment and the like you need to be shopping here. The owner and his staff are much more knowledgeable than a bigger store, plus better selection, and a great service department. They can help you choose what’s right for you, and help you with accessories, plus maintenance and service of them afterward. In my opinion Keller Outdoor Power is the best choice locally for sales, parts, service and accessories of outdoor power equipment.
Purchased my lawn mower at the box store, got zero help from their untrained staff. Looked up these guys as a toro warranty center. They were quick to help me and seemed to care just as if i had originally purchased my mower from them. Problem solved in one visit. THANKS!!!!
These folks have way to much business to please all their customers and provide good customer service. When they forgot to fix my lawnmower, the owner provided all the excuses in the world, but no apology. It was like he could care less about my poor experience with his service. Maybe we should help him out and take some business away from him so he can focus on his real customers better.
They service just about every major brand of lawn equip. They are always busy and it takes a while to get it back, so take it in early or the winter months when things are slower
