Best chiropractic office I have visited to date. Very friendly staff at the front desk who are delightful, patient, and flexible to work around last minute changes in schedules frequently. While the Doctors here are great- their billing and coding is not. I’m not sure where the mess up is, but I’ve been told by other LSM locations that the Verona location did not code or bill my insurance correctly more than once. They’ve put an end date to my primary insurance several times- which shouldn’t ever occur without consent, and then a few visits ago I received a letter from my primary insurance that they reported I was in an accident- and I wasn’t. Care didn’t feel very specialized going somewhere much better now.
