Horrible property management company. They make up charges that are not on the lease. It’s clearly stated that the landlord is responsible for any water heater maintenance yet I was charged $190 for maintenance to come and fix my water heater. This is just one of the examples. when I reach out to them all they do is go back-and-forth and argue. The ABSOLUTE WORST. Just returned from PCB. Rented a condo from LSI at Long Beach Tower 1 unit 600. Disgusting.....mold growing on ac vents, curtains, and upholstery, toilet not afixed to the floor causing it to tip over and the tank water spilling out, sliding door rusted and wouldn't hardly open, Marijuana smell that would knock you over, no light bulbs in master bath, had to shower in the dark, cigarette ashes present when we arrived, sand all over the floors, pure disgust. I have gone back & forth on rekey & move out inspection fees that are clearly stated in the signed lease. I'm being told this is a "minimum" so they took out much more & think that's ok to make up as they go along regardless of what the lease states. They did not follow Florida laws on withholding the damage deposit (mostly for lightbulbs I didn't replace before moving out ). One claim was for vegetation around the a/c whatever that means. I read the reviews online but was stuck for a place to stay and ended up renting a condo from this property management company for six months in Santa Rosa Beach. I’m writing this review to show you the CRAZY fees this place charged me. The worst property management ever. We stayed at the Calypso Towers 902W (we stayed at the Calypso before with another company) and never had any issues!! The first day we got here the air conditioner did not work, the furnace filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in years, the water and ice dispenser for the fridge didn’t worked ( it wasn’t even hooked up) the garbage disposal didn’t work. The furniture is so old and it stinks, I couldn’t even sit down and relax in the evening. The pillows were so gross.
