They have terrible communication, they don’t fix anything when you need maintenance done. I literally had bugs coming in my broken windows and I bugged them over and over again and it’s been over a month and still nothing. My apartment smelled like cat pee when I moved in and they acted like I was an inconvenience when I asked them to clean it. I would not recommend this company. One good thing I will say is they let me have 3 cats, and only charged me for 2.

Strict application. READ EVERYTHING BEFORE APPLYING!!! If you don’t qualify don’t even bother filling it out, they don’t care.

If you have a cat that is not declawed, do not bother searching here for a pet friendly place. I was informed by a property manager that they (the building owners) REQUIRE cats to be declawed. Which is strange because if you declaw a cat over a certain age the chance it starts urinating everywhere increases due to trauma. But either way, the fact that they require you to mutilate your cat to rent a property is insane. Declawing is a barbaric practice. I had an American flag a Trump flag and a Minnesota Vikings flag out on my porch for months here in River Falls WI. Now here in late October I've been told by LSI management to take them down. How unpatriotic is that. I served my country in the US Navy. I've never in my lifetime been told to take down any flag especially the 🇺🇸
