Absolutely horrible rental company. We rented Faffler Properties out by Cedar Falls and it was evident they did not take care of the place very well. Electricity was a bust in the unit we lived in. All of the plugs were loose and using the hair dryer would short-circuit our unit. We had to buy a converter to ground our dryer because the plugs in this unit were still using old plugs from the 80s. Our oven could not boil a pot of water for the entire movie of Encanto. Horrible, unprofessional, money hungry company. We were going to rent an apartment from this Company and they scheduled us for signing the lease on June 10th. Good thing we called them back to confirm just so we found out that they already gave the apartment to somebody else. We were NOT notified at all so we could have showed up on June 10th and nothing to sign. They already gave us a signing date!!!!! Rent is wayyy to much for a house that is falling apart, and is dirty. Did not receive our security deposit back because they did not clean or update anything from the previous tenets. Also when requesting maintenance to be done on the home nothing gets fixed.
I am not going to share any personal information linking me to the past situation at my rental due to the fact that this company is known for blackmailing people. The replies by Liz to the negative reviews are extremely gaslighting and unprofessional. The negative reviews are really accurate; these rentals are shitty and so is the management. Outdated and overpriced housing. Our washers and dryers did not work for the majority of the time that we lived there. We did not get our security deposit back due to damage that was cause by the previous tenants. Do not lease from them!
Great company! Lots of staff and offers 24 hour emergency maintenance for major problems. Will do evening and weekend showings as well!
Excellent people. Their response to tenants needs are great. Needed them to look at a kitchen light, came within 24 hours replaced the fixture, no hassle. Highly recommend them.
LSI management 1. This company does not respond well with maintenance calls. Maintenance person said they would be to our place between 12-4 and never showed up. This happened twice. 2. They take multiple weeks to cash our rent checks when they are due on the first of the month.3. Communication is a huge issue. Take a long time to get back to us. They do not return phones call sometimes. 4. Repairs are done as cheap as possible. 5. Hallways are filled with spider webs and are never cleaned.
