Very unprofessional took breaks to smoke pushed my appt back twice and then rushed me for her next client . She said she could do a wig install and then told me when I got there she couldn’t do it . Didn’t give me any money back for the inconvenience. Ridiculous!! I would NEVER book with them again .

The best experience, Jules was very welcoming and nice. Makes you feel comfortable while getting your hair done. It was my first time getting Passion Twists and I love them. Definitely will come back, prices are affordable.
