Had an awesome evening of yoga and sound bowl healing with Babs! I am a beginning yogi and Babs was very patient and flowed with the students in the class. I particularly enjoyed the sound bowl healing and I was super relaxed and ready for the rest of my week. I am looking forward to exploring some of the other body sculpting services that the gym provides. First class, quality boutique gym where everybody is somebody. The green drink is nothing short of AMAZING!

I had such a great experience at this yoga session led by Babs! After a long day at work, it was exactly what I needed. The class was calming and well-paced, and the sound bath at the end took the relaxation to another level—it really helped me let go of all the stress from the day. To top it off, the green juice served after the session was super refreshing and a perfect way to end the evening. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to unwind, recharge, and take care of both body and mind. Will definitely be back!
I had the best session here with Babs! I never had sound therapy before. This being paired with the yoga was such a one of kind experience. I had a lot on my mind before walking through those doors and after releasing those things on the mat, I felt so much better. If you want to start healing your mind and body this is the place ! The gym is also very intimate I can appreciate that! Don’t forget the green juice too!
