Yesterday I had my first ever yoga class with sisters from my organization. At LSC fitness my instructor was Barbara. When I say she is so amazing and professional, caring, understanding and confident. The amount of love and care she show us was nothing more than amazing.She made us feel safe and comfortable to be ourselves. We met as strangers by the time our session was over she became family. Went today for the yoga class with my OES Sister's and we enjoyed every moment. That was my first time ever doing yoga. The experience was amazing. I highly recommend going here. We will be planning to do this again. The slushy are very good.
I highly recommend LSC Fitness Studio to anyone who may feel nervous about starting their fitness journey. Barbara’s yoga and sound bath class was absolutely phenomenal. She created such a welcoming and comforting environment for me and my sisters we truly felt right at home. I attended a yoga and sound bath session at LSC Gym, and it was incredible! Babs guided the class beautifully and set the perfect tone for the sound bath. I walked out feeling deeply relaxed and completely refreshed. The juice bar was the cherry on top, with flavors that were genuinely delicious. An easy 10/10 experience overall!
