My remote start stopped working and I called Laguna sound and even tho they did not install my remote start they said yes we can fix it.Dropped it off and they got it working that same day at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them if you ever need remote start repair or installation or any other stereo system related work done.
The sound is top tier! Excellent work, Tony was professional and was able to get it done same day. Definitely recommend.
Sketchy service at best. They took 2 days to install an intoxalock on my car. Then they tried giving me the car back when it didn't run. Ultimately after the car started they returned it to me with a broken trunk opening mechanism. I called them and they told me to sue them if I wanted any money from them. Fast forward 2 months and now they don't want to service my intoxaloc device.
Rude people. Expect them to go through ur vehicle bc its “procedure”
