I had Jesus & his partner come out to clean & flush boiler as well as reset an old radiator that had stopped working before winter. They were thorough and competitive prices. I also had them replace bathroom sink & lower shower faucet. Reliable & backs up his work. I definitely recommend L&S.

Purchased a home and wanted to flush out the water heater. Heater is older so I called L&S for maintenance instead of trying to DIY. They came out the next day and immediately noticed a few issues with the piping and chimney. They offered to fix it with me along with the maintenance for a good price. Very happy with the work done. I’ll be using them to replace the tank when it’s time.

They are amazing! Had some burst pipes in the downstairs bathroom as well as a leaking pipe in the basement and they took my same day call and came within 20 mins to help fix the problem. He took his time to make sure the pipes affected were replaced and that there were no leaks before he left. Great work for a reasonable price.
