It was amazing how Henry worked with me to help me understand technicality of the problems I am having with my system, he was not in a rush and neither has has been pushy but a very honest and technically very sound professional with a great attitude. He had very specific recommendations based on what the issues were and has helped avoid an overspend.
We purchased this product after being assured it came with a ten-year warranty, provided we kept up with the recommended annual service. Unfortunately, when a problem arose and we reached out for assistance, we were surprised to learn that the coverage was not what had been represented at the time of sale. Saturday, April 19, 2025: I just contacted the emergency service regarding an active leak in my home into the garage. After taking an hour to return my call, the agent said, “We checked your home address and you are out of warranty.” She gave no regard to the issue I was dealing with, her only focus was to deflect responsibility and ignore the emergency.
