Saturday, April 19, 2025: I just contacted the emergency service regarding an active leak in my home into the garage. After taking an hour to return my call, the agent said, “We checked your home address and you are out of warranty.” She gave no regard to the issue I was dealing with, her only focus was to deflect responsibility and ignore the emergency.
