We purchased this product after being assured it came with a ten-year warranty, provided we kept up with the recommended annual service. Saturday, April 19, 2025: I just contacted the emergency service regarding an active leak in my home into the garage. After taking an hour to return my call, the agent said, “We checked your home address and you are out of warranty.” She gave no regard to the issue I was dealing with, her only focus was to deflect responsibility and ignore the emergency. Pulled out in front of me on 29 (3/11/25 at 2:50 pm.) causing me to almost rear in them and then proceeded to drive 15 miles an hour under the speed limit for the next 10 miles.
The woman picking up the phone has been rude several times I called the company. I had a feeling as if she was an unhappy customer and I was the one who provided bad service
