We are happy that LS Management is the management company for two of our communities. They have always been fair and easy to work with. They don't harass our tenants and are never over aggressive regarding violations and fines.
Unless you are a middle class family who fits the mold of who they want living in their houses, expect to be harassed for every little thing by this HOA while your neighbors get away with it and get no repercussions. Not worth renting in any neighborhood where they manage an HOA in.
Homeowner in the Sandpiper Cove subdivision and I have sent an email and left a voice message with no response. We pay HOA fees but we are not sure what we are paying for other than the upkeep of the front entrance. This company is horrible. There are yards that are overgrown and filthy, illegal rooming homes and commercial vehicles parked on the streets. Security rides through every few days but does nothing. I wish this company would do their damn job.
This property Management company is totally incompetent!!
Please review other customer feedback; it consistently reflects similar concerns. I also spoke with a resident of another Columbus property who reported identical management issues under the same corporate umbrella. Therefore, I will not reiterate points already raised in previous reviews.
