I was in Garner visiting before my official move here and took a chance on a walk-in to get my undercut cleaned up. I'm so glad I did! Lavia took her time to ask me what I wanted and then explained how she would do the fade. It looks amazing and she cleaned up a few strays I had from a home haircut. She also used a little beard oil on my neck where a close shave was and it smells so good, she even added some to my tattoo to make the color pop. Liz did a fabulous job with my textured pixie cut. She asked all the right questions to ensure I loved the look she was giving me. The prices are reasonable and the customer service was exceptional.
Don’t usually write reviews but I feel obligated to warn others about this place. I have medium length straight/wavey hair and it got absolutely butchered. I will say customer service is good aside from having to wait an extra 15 minutes after my scheduled time because they were running behind. Reid, who cut my hair, was very nice and made me feel welcome. He made me feel like I was in good hands and so I was blindsided by the awful cut. First time at L’s Barbershop, and Reid took care of me. I can honestly say this was one of the best barber experiences I’ve ever had. Reid is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and pays attention to every detail. The shop is clean, high-end, and you can tell they take pride in their work. I got a fade from Ls Barbershop with Lavia, and the experience was excellent. She was extremely intentional and detail oriented throughout the entire cut, taking the time to ask questions and really understand the exact fade length and style I wanted.
