Place is nothing more than money grab for the state if your ordered to go by the courts. Courses are outdated watching videos 15 years old.
staff is completely unreliable
I didn't attend this program. I called for help and was treated so poorly by the woman (Gwenn). Interrupted constantly and treated me as if I was a junkie. I told her I had never been addicted to drugs and she quickly corrected me by saying that " i should never say that while on the phone with a drug addiction center". She made me feel very small. This is a hard decision and situation for anyone to have to make. She even said that she had experienced withdraw herself. So I couldn't understand why she would be so insensitive... read more
Was refused treatment because “your problem isn’t that bad” then charged $200. I asked for an itemized receipt and told them I wouldn’t pay until they gave me one and they refused and sent my account into collections.
