Very professional. A great program! Victoria, Gerri, and the whole crew were awesome. Very nonjudgemental.
Literally drove from a Different state for an assessment just for them to tell me they closed almost an hour early because they were shortstaffed… Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow! 🙄
I read the reviews before calling and I have to say I agree that whoever they receptionist is, is rude, cold not helpful at all and literally hung up and didn’t even say bye when I was nice and respectful the whole time. If this is any indication of how the facility it is, I would never bring my family here. It’s too many complaints about the same person and nothing changing in my opinion.
