I read the reviews before calling and I have to say I agree that whoever they receptionist is, is rude, cold not helpful at all and literally hung up and didn’t even say bye when I was nice and respectful the whole time. If this is any indication of how the facility it is, I would never bring my family here. It’s too many complaints about the same person and nothing changing in my opinion.
My daughter has been trying to get into a class for over a month now and the staff is so rude and inconsiderate. She attempted yet again today and Angel told her it would be at least 20-30min so she set her alarm for 10 min and waited in car and went back in and Angel said “you missed it” and thinks it’s funny. One of the receptionist is completely useless and extremely rude. I don't know what her job is if she can't simply give somebody a message.
