I lived in an apartment managed by Bryan and Karen and as a tenant I had the most pleasant experience staying there. Whenever any maintenance was necessary Bryan took care of it in no time. Bryan was also very supportive when it came to looking for new roommates when the previous ones graduated (life of a phd student ; ) ). Moving in and moving out were both very smooth and convenient experiences, once again Bryan helped significantly with the move out process. I cannot recommend them enough - they are really nice folks and will take care of your needs really well !

Horrible business ethics. I worked with a kid named Bryan Mortensen. Saw an office listed online, scheduled a viewing and after seeing the property asked for the application. The following day the square feet on the exact ad went up 250sqft along with the price. After 3 days and no response as to how the same office grew 250sqft, we moved on. Unprofessional to say the least
