Awesome team and company
I bought their head and neck compression garment and lost the two Velcro pieces that came with it. Yes it was my fault. After contacting them . They said they can not sell me those parts because the entire garment comes as one part. They charged me over $400 bucks and will not even let me buy 50 cents worth of the Velcro strips. I would have gladly paid $20 bucks because it was my fault but come on!
