Luis Ruiz did work for my next door neighbor today. I watched him pull in front of the neighbors house hitting, running over, and damaging my trash can. He told me that he didn't see the trash can and that I just need to request a new one from the city. I asked him to contact his office and request a new trashcan for my home. He said his office will have him fill out a report and tell me to get a new trash can from the city.
