The most important things to me in this kind of situation are communication (including responsiveness to phone calls and emails) and, as a single woman who lives alone, being comfortable with the people who are spending time inside and outside my home. All the guys and one woman who I interacted with were polite, nice to be around, and helpful when I had a question. In both of these areas, LR was excellent - really could not have been any better!

Lance and his team are great! I had had some problems with a window company and Lance came out personally to inspect my windows and determined that the windows were defective. He immediately replaced 2 windows and also took the initiative to inspect the other windows that had been installed and found some installations problems. He had his project manager come out who took care of the problems. And he didn't charge me a penny to do the repairs. He is an honorable person and businessman. I would highly recommend him!
