Melanie and this broker screwed up big time!! Gave us the final amount to close and now here it is 2 hours before closing and my realtor is calling me saying I owe another $5000 to close. We had an incredibly disappointing experience with Alicia Chapa. From the start, their communication was unprofessional, but the real issue was their outright rudeness. They were disrespectful to our realtor and unwilling to acknowledge our positive termite report/inspection which made negotiations unnecessarily difficult.
