I had a very negative experience dealing with Lydia Cassaro. I was asked to provide a quote for work on a property, which I did in good faith. However, I was never hired, contracted, or paid for any work. In my opinion, it appears my quote was used to help secure better pricing, and the work was then given to someone else without my involvement. The work that followed was not performed by my company. Shannon Lolley (Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa counties) provided outstanding customer service and help. She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and she doesn't leave you hanging when you have questions or concerns.
