LPS Dental has been a great choice for me, everyone is so nice and welcoming. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time, and they helped put me at ease, and create a game plan to get back on track. Jackie is a wonderful hygienist, and Dr. Shah is a great dentist.
Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience at this dentist. The clinic is nice and the dentists did a good job — but after clarifying multiple times that my insurance would fully cover what they suggested, and they confirmed it did, I was later hit with a $100+ bill. I’ve called and left a voicemail to discuss this, but I haven’t heard back in over a week. It’s unfortunately not the first time I’ve left a voicemail and didn’t hear back from them. I've been going to Dr. Shah and her team for years. The office is clean and well outfitted, reception staff are friendly, the waiting room is comfortable. Most importantly, Dr. Shah is conservative and careful when treating cavities, and she checks in frequently to make sure patients are comfortable and understand the course of treatment. I've also been really impressed with Jackie's care as a dental hygenist. She's thorough and kind and competent.
Dr. Shah is the best! Thank you for taking such great care of our family! Scheduling and treatment plans are simplified and convenient thanks to Meca! Truly great office!
