I can't recommend this practice enough. I saw Dr. Jack after neglecting my dental health for several years, and I'm so happy with the level of care that he and DA Aquilah have provided. It was clear that they were aiming to deliver the highest quality of service possible throughout my visits. Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience at this dentist. The clinic is nice and the dentists did a good job — but after clarifying multiple times that my insurance would fully cover what they suggested, and they confirmed it did, I was later hit with a $100+ bill. I’ve called and left a voicemail to discuss this, but I haven’t heard back in over a week. It’s unfortunately not the first time I’ve left a voicemail and didn’t hear back from them. LPS Dental has been a great choice for me, everyone is so nice and welcoming. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time, and they helped put me at ease, and create a game plan to get back on track. Jackie is a wonderful hygienist, and Dr. Shah is a great dentist.
Love, LINKIN PARK smiles, and staff is great. Everyone is so lovely and CAPTAIN and Jack Dentist is their lovely leader.
