LPS Contracting completed my tenant improvement project quicker and cheaper than the four other contractors I had review my project quoted. Setting aside the price estimate of the project, which is a significant factor in making a build decision, let's just talk about timing. I was hearing my 2800 sq. ft. TI would take 5-6 months. DO NOT do work for LPS Contracting. The company I work for was hired by LPS Contracting to perform tenant improvement work for them. We completed the work in a timely manner, as agreed, and over a year later, and after numerous attempts to get paid, we still have yet to receive payment. They get the credit by their customers for getting the work done in a timely and efficient manner but what their customers don't know is that LPS does not pay their subs for completing that work for them. We are having the same issues as everyone else. We did work on multiple grocery stores for LPS in August of 2015. We have been trying to collect since September of 2015. As of January they started to ignore our emails and calls and have not paid us. They owe us over $10,000. We have filed liens and complaints with BBB and AZ Registrar of Contractors. We just found out from AZ Registrar that their license is currently suspended. DO NOT DO WORK FOR LPS IF YOU WANT TO GET PAID!!!.
HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT WORK WITH LPS! They disconnect the phone from the office and they change the cellphones from all the Project Managers. They owe us 10k for the job Coast Plus World Market and this Retail Store DOESN'T care either! DON'T WORK WITH LPS CONTRACTING!
LPS just finished a project for me and I found them highly professional, easy to work with,and performing work at the highest levels. Every thing that they did was for my benefit, from vetting the subcontractors, to ensuring proper paper work was received, to the quality of materials used. I would highly recommend this firm, and will be using them again
