This is the worst service we ever received from a contractor. This man is money hungry. Poor ethics and poor service.
Had this guy install a heat pump about 3 years ago and ran fine. Did a good install considering his “company” consists of just him and an inexperienced helper. Got a 1 year labor and 10 parts warranty on it and thought I was good to go. Then I see my whole air handler frozen in a block of ice. Tried to tell me it was my filter that was barely dirty. Typed HVAC nokesville on google and i decided to give LPR a chance to fix my Gas furnace that would not ignite. First, the technician Lee proceeds to tell me that I have a damaged Flame sensor. He said that should fix the problem. So 110$ for just coming out as a service call, and 149$ later for the flame sensor alone and 125$ an hour times 1.25 hours (1 hour charged for travel, so i paid 125$ just for him to sit on his ass and drive!), and 15 minutes labor. Unreasonable fee and poor service.
Used LPR to replace both of my heat & cooling units, they did a great job at an affordable rate. They were professional, curteous, & on time. Highly recommend them.
