First of all it takes a lot for me to write a bad review but unfortunately I am left no choice but to do so . I get my nail done only few times a year and when I do so I am always exited and looking forward to getting them done and looking pretty. Service was done super quick almost rushing . Nails are not shaped the same and they are not looking as clean and even as they should. When she was done she said ohh it’s pretty but I was never asked if I was happy as a costumer . Great place, staff was very welcoming! The Lady that did my nails was also the Lady that took my phone call in advance as I was new to the area (just passing through). She was very detailed and did an awesome job on my nail overlay!!! However my Pedi started out GREAT!! But another client came in & the tech not only started to rush my service she just stopped in the middle of my service without saying anything to me!! To go do the other client and a younger girl came out and finished me off and did not do a good job at allll... read more
