Her office has no separate waiting area so when you arrive and walk in the door, you typically walk in to another patients session. I had people walk in on mine and I walked in on others. The office is in a not so great area, so if you have to wait outside until the previous session ends, you are either left standing on a busy sidewalk riddled with drug paraphernalia or in your parked on the street auto. She answers incoming phone calls while in the middle of your session and never runs ontime.
