VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Was told we could move in , December 1st 2023 (it is currently 1/24/24) they have failed to inform us that old paystubs were needed as well as they took 2 MONTHS to run our rental history etc. we were very patient.. as well as they already had my holding fee. Every time we asked for an update on the status we were told “we will move you in next week” .. honestly HORRIBLE communication, LACK of effort for new (maybe existing) residents..we’ve expressed we have 2 children as well and they still failed to m... read more

The owner of the company did not represent me the tenant fairly. She chose to line her pockets and not protect us from a rental owner. They did not manage the property well and in the end disregarded any claim we had against the landlord they represented. We would never work with LPM again. They lied to us and they would lie to others.
