I am writing to share my experience with this office, which has been extremely disappointing due to a clear lack of communication and professionalism. I transported my client—a person with special needs who uses a wheelchair—to this appointment, which requires significant coordination and a 45-minute drive. This past week was my first experience with this urology group. I was seen in emergency room by one of their providers which went well. I had a procedure, the wound was packed and I was told to make an appointment in their office 3 days later to have the packing removed. I called the next day to make an appointment, no call back. I called that afternoon, no call back. I called twice the next day with the same response. My husband had surgery and needed to make an appointment ro have the stent that was placed remove, we called the cape coral and fort myers office for 2 days and the calls were never answered. I went in person to the cape coral office and made the appointment. Now I've been calling since yesterday because my husband is bleeding a lot when he urinate and again no answer, there's no way to leave a message, after 13 minutes or more on the line waiting for someone to answer the call gets dropped . Very disappointed.

I went to the hospital with severe testicular pain on the right side. After an ultrasound the radiologist believed it could be testicular cancer. Doctor Cavayero immediately came to the hospital to evaluate and agreed that it was likely a testicular cancer. He immediately scheduled surgery and performed an orchiectomy. Update now him and his office has sent me to collections. Research your doctor Had surgery by Dr Newhall in 2020 excellent doctor but now retired. Having issues from the surgery I went to see Dr James Borden at the cape location. He said I needed surgery to remove what was done in the previous surgery so he told me they would.call with a date.
