Dr Bowen is okay, but his staff is an absolute joke. Every single month I have the same problems trying to get the exact same prescriptions filled. How hard can it possibly be to click "refill"???
Staff here is utterly incompetent. Five people at the front desk and I still can't get checked in for my visit. Please go somewhere else.

Jessica Kirkey helped me understand the cause of a sort throat I have. She was effective, kind and patient answering my questions.
I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a medical establishment in my life! I drove over 12 miles for a 7 am appointment after being told that's the only availability they had. I was front and center at the receptionist desk at 7:08 am and told after waiting that nurse practitioner Anis was not willing to see me because I was 2 minutes over the 6 minute late policy.
