Terrible communication from this office.
Very bad service. Reached out many times, but cannot get my prescriptions refilled. They said working on it, but the messages never get to the doctors or nurses. The client service department is a joke. Referrals are never sent out.

The so called professionals treat patient with the utmost disrespect. I had difficulty with my telehealth which is very concerning because I’m a cancer patient. This is the second time I’ve had trouble. I told here I logged I when it said to on my my chart. She kept telling me I logged in later. I told her I logged in at the appropriate time.
