I was brought back by a MA who did not ask my name and opened up the wrong chart. All of my medications were different and it took 15 minutes for another MA to come in and correct the mistake. My provider did not review my chart before she came in and did not know about my liver disease and despite my liver enzymes being the lowest they had been in ten years, she was surprised that they were up. Jennifer Donovan is a very caring professional who spends the time needed to explain all your questions and labs work in a way you can understand. She is not rushed and makes you feel like she really cares . Highly recommended
Great location, friendly people, poorly lacking adequate number of physicians to take care of patients. Perhaps just handcuffed by the monopoly of a healthcare provider in an area with an over population of elderly patients & the squeaky wheel gets the grease mentality. Good news, Lee Health won't bother you about preventative care such as annual exams (unless you navigate their My Chart app. well) or talk to you about fixing your health through diet, exercise and lifestyle changes.
