Like Dr Patel as a human being when you hear from her which is only on Mondays. The assistants takes a long time to answer. Why have MyChart? Questions too long. Call? lol on hold. Then referred me to Miami, a 1 star just out of school. Look, it’s Endo, in Florida. Patel has helped but as always in medicine and with Lee in general, listen to your body!!! They don’t answer the phone during business hours. On hold for 2 hours! Hung up and tried again. Same rodeo
Didn't even get to see the provider, Dr. Concepcion, for my schedule appointment as he decided he reviewed my labs I complete for my primary care provider for other reasons and he decided best route of care was with a nutritionist and was canceling my appointment. He didn't even see me, speak with me, or have any conversation about my issues or concerns. That is horrible patient care.
Would not recommend going here. The provider Janis King clearly has too large of a patient load to provide adequate care for each patient. It takes her weeks to respond to any request/message via MyChart. The customer service/scheduling department was not any better. No accommodations were made or attempted to see an existing patient that was symptomatic.
