Horrible service, can never answer the phone or return voicemails. I waited 30 minutes on hold just to get hung up on by staff TWICE. My daughter needs these services and no one can answer a damn phone to provide one. Do Not Choose this place!! Wish we had better resources for our children, this place is a sad excuse for health care.
Very unprofessional, don’t return voicemails , leave you on hold for 35 minutes and wait time for appointment right now is May 2026 !
Este lugar es un relajo son una bola de incompetentes llevo 3 mensajes ninguno respondido. Llamo y tampoco toman la llamada. Que lugar médico no toma llamadas o devuelve mensajes?
We had a great experience here with our son. Amy Hicks is very patient kind and knowledgable. I would not recommend going anywhere else.
I waited 4 months for the appointment. They took probes and my kids reacted to at least 20... I asked for immunotherapy and was recommended...to get OTC meds.Yay... Lee County at it's best. Now I call to fax the records over to another doctor only to find out that ANOTHER COMPANY HAS ACESS TO MEDICAL RECORDS. And Lee Health doesn't fax them over. What??? Shame on everyone in this joint.
