Excellent experience from start to finish. The doctor was attentive and professional. It’s rare to find a specialist who is both so skilled and so compassionate and helps me figure out my food alergies. She also teach how to use the EpiPen properly. Highly recommend doctor Amy Hicks! She’s the best.
Horrible service, can never answer the phone or return voicemails. I waited 30 minutes on hold just to get hung up on by staff TWICE. My daughter needs these services and no one can answer a damn phone to provide one. Do Not Choose this place!! Wish we had better resources for our children, this place is a sad excuse for health care.
Very unprofessional, don’t return voicemails , leave you on hold for 35 minutes and wait time for appointment right now is May 2026 !

We had a great experience here with our son. Amy Hicks is very patient kind and knowledgable. I would not recommend going anywhere else.
