Lori is amazing! She’s so kind and easy to talk to/laugh with. She makes laser hair appointments actually enjoyable! I’m very thankful for her and her service. I’ve been coming for over a year now and love my results. I highly recommend LP Beauty!
Purchase a Groupon for serval services . I made an appointment through their site but it wa a decline without any explanation Now I have tried for months to talk to someone about an appointment no one picks up Line or calls back even when messages are left and request for a call back.
Not sure what happened with this business, it went down hill in regards to customer service. They don’t pick up their phone even after leaving voicemails, they don’t return calls and cancel appointments without explaining why. Very disappointed
