DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! I would give zero stars if I could. I literally never leave reviews but they have brought me to this. The "company" is like 1 or 2 dudes who barely answer their phones or emails. As a business owner, I highly value great customer service, and I have never even HEARD of a property management company that is as fantastic as LP Properties. I moved into one of the properties Grant manages about 8 months ago and it has just been one amazing experience after another. LP Properties is best real estate company I have ever worked with. Mr. Paules and his team executed fantastic results for my residential transaction. During the process I felt secure that everything was being conducted the right way the first time. It was a pleasure working with LP Properties.
Worst experience dealing with this company, Grant is an unprofessional Amateur that doesn't understand how to manage his clients needs to steer them in the rite direction. Do not waste your time, very poor quality experience.
