Excellent service - came and did a check on my kitchen sink for free. Even though they could not fix the issue, they recommended someone that could fix it.
The service was scheduled and completed on time for our fire-damaged water heater project. The L & P crew was amazing and had answer all questions. Which is greatly appreciated.
This company was paid to come and do a hydrostatic test on a duplex that was under contract to be sold. He only did one side of the duplex (was supposed to do both.. it looks like he couldn’t figure out the clean outs) and then handed in an estimate of $45,000+ to dig under the foundation to repair a couple of bellies. (Bellies are an area of sewer pipe that collects water… they may or may not cause problems… ours do not) Needless to say.. the quote was insane and we lost the contract because of it. Our water heater had stopped working. Zach came out the day we called L&P, and was able to diagnose and correct the problem quickly. He even taught me how to do the diagnostics myself in the future. We felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended!
