All of the people at LP Anderson/Point S tire, in my experience, are the best in the business. Whether it’s the people downtown or out at the west end, I am always treated with kindness, patience and the desire to understand the problem I am trying to solve. Had the car 5 years with never any oil on the floor after oil changes. First time going to Point S and now I have 4 puddles of oil. Wiped it up and thought I just won’t go back. Few days later, more oil (not just a few drips) so I told the wife she’d better go back to make sure all is tight and maybe just ask them to clean up under there. They told her they found no oil and everything was fine. Maybe the oil was there before.
