Let me begin with the salesman, Fred. Salesmen should listen to your needs during the buying process and try to fulfill them. Shawn did a wonderful job of getting our water heater running again.
I recommend signing up for their maintenance contract. Every spring and fall they come out to check my AC/Heating units to make sure everything is working before I need them. I've been very pleased with all of their technicians who've come out over the many years I've dealt with them.
You are never more grateful than you are to the guy who works overtime to come fix your furnace in the winter when you come home to a house that’s unexpectedly 42°. It’s been five months since that happened and I’m still so appreciative especially with the ridiculous weather we’ve been having.
