Thorough cleaning, but major safety issue and poor management. While the cleaning crew themselves did a great job and left my apartment very clean. I had two major issues that prevent me from using this company again. Initially my partner and I got quotes from quite a few cleaners in our area (Sunnyvale), and the one that stood out the most was Clara Lozano. She was the only one who was very "common sense" in the approach to our needs. The price is very reasonable and the cleaning services are specifically tailored for us. I don’t understand how they expect to run a business if they don’t want to communicate with the customer. I wanted only my car trunk cleaned, they started opening car doors without my permission and didn’t stop when I repeatedly asked them to. There was a language barrier but they aren’t willing to pause and listen so we can attempt to use google translate or something.
