Thorough cleaning, but major safety issue and poor management. While the cleaning crew themselves did a great job and left my apartment very clean. I had two major issues that prevent me from using this company again. First, a serious safety oversight occurred: one of the cleaners accidentally turned on my stove dial while wiping it down and left it on. Clara, the owner, provides flexibility when we need it and has clear instructions for rescheduling ahead and planning. She is also very open and receptive to feedback.
