Lozano’s Automative is easily 5/5. Going in behind someone else’s wiring job to fix an issue is no easy task. It was doable for Lozano’s Automotive. His continued reassurance and honestly was helpful. He’s a great guy who does fantastic work. He’s a life saver and his positive attitude alone is enough to warrant praise, let alone the top tier work he does. I plan to return in the future. Highly recommended.
My boyfriend and I were doing a roadtrip around the west cost when a warning dashboard light of the oil appears on our rented car. The owner was so kind to check immediatly the level of the oil and reassure us.
Robert the owner was super nice, he kept me informed constantly. They fixed my Tahoe in a timely manner and his prices were very reasonable. Would totally recommend.
Stopped by to drop off my Toyota RAV4 and Robert was super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great experience and was very happy with his approach not trying to push me extra services and things that I didn't need. He was honest and straight to the point. I live in San Diego and from now I'll wait until I'm back here to have my car service again whenever the time comes.
We have only been in the area for 4 years and came across this great service garage. Robert was instrumental in identifying the problem with our vehicle and helping us get it repaired. Robert is so friendly and polite and did not take advantage of us being elderly customers. I will definitely refer him to my family because it is not every day that you find a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you Robert.
