Just amazing, extremely respectful, super supportive, and a true mechanic! I went to several different shops and they said they wouldn’t work on my type of vehicle (BMW) but as soon as I called Lozano’s I was greeted with the up most respect and without hesitation he said he would be able to help me. Safe to say he will be my forever mechanic due to much more than I stated. Lonzano’s automotive THANK YOU for everything you have put up with/ Done for me.
Won’t fix big problems. They make them worse. Look somewhere else. They like to call their customers “cry baby” if they hear a complaint
Stopped by to drop off my Toyota RAV4 and Robert was super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great experience and was very happy with his approach not trying to push me extra services and things that I didn't need. He was honest and straight to the point. I live in San Diego and from now I'll wait until I'm back here to have my car service again whenever the time comes.
I brought in my vw for a small repair and rRob was very friendly and knowledgeable. Rob had my car back to me the next day and explained in detail what was wrong and what he had to do to fix it. I am definitely bringing my car back if it needs anymore work. Thank you Rob I know consider you family!
Robert was super nice! I got a specific code on my truck with 2k miles left in a road trip. He gave me a second opinion on the code I got from my code reader. Really appreciated his input with the rest of the trip left to go.
