I don’t know how many times I’ve called and they don’t answer. Phone, email, and even put a request on their website. Service used to be very quick here
Magali took care of all of everything. She listened to our needs and wants and we were able to get everything we wanted and more! She also helped us out with some emergencies while on the trip. We also had a welcome gift at all of our stays. Thank you for everything!

We utilized Lozano Travel for our honeymoon... Carolina and her team are absolutely amazing! The initial plans were so thoughtfully put together based on our likes and desires. From there, working through questions and updates were a breeze, incredibly responsive and supportive. Finally, the actual trip and service providers sourced were incredible. Very clear Lozano Travel has been doing this for a long time, and knows what they are doing, strongly recommend using them for the trip of your dreams!!!
PÉSIMO SERVICIO. No me ha gustado la manera en la que esto se ha trabajado, razón por la cual lo dejamos aquí. No me gusta tampoco que me dejen pegado en la línea como lo han hecho DOS VECES, y que escuche a una señora hablando diciendo que "yo no entiendo" como si fuera un ignorante. La falta de profesionalidad ustedes es evidente y no tener un costo claro no me gusta, parece como si estuviera en otro pais y no en los Estados Unidos. Así no se trabaja.
