As I was trying to resolve an issue with one of their Customer so they can have their claim processed. An adjuster by the name of Mr. McDaniel made a racial comment that the customer was an English teacher, because he can't understand her. After he told me if I didn't know she was an English teacher I was totally shocked of the conversation and I told him I didn't know what he was referring to.
