I would not recommend this law firm for Amazon brand registry at all. For my Amazon brand registry, they only did the initial trademark research which basically I did that myself too and I was 100% certain that my brand name did not exist. Then, they filed my trademark through USPTO which this process is basically very easy to do without hiring a law firm. After 7 months pending status, they reach out to me and told me that my trademark application rejected due to merely descriptive and asking more money for fight the case. ... read more
We’ve hired many attorneys over the years. This was by far the worse firm we have ever worked with. Non-responsive to clients once they have your money and when they do talk to you they sound as if they’re being inconvenienced. Use a competent firm, law degrees are a dime a dozen, avoid these clowns
