They were really good and answered all questions. Put in dimmers and couldn't say enough good things about technician and work he did.
I enjoyed working with Frank, from LOZ electric. He did excellent work and some little extras that I didn't contract for but which meant a lot to me. He came for 2 different jobs and I am totally satisfied with both of them, and expect to hire him again if I choose to do a full upgrade
We had hired an electrician prior to checking Home Advisors who did poor work and we had to fired him. We had used Home Advisors for other projects in the past and decided to try Home Advisors again. LOZ Electric was very responsive. Once I requested recommendations, they replied immediately and come within 1-2 days to give quote and did work within about 4 days later (maybe less). Very competent, reasonable price, neat etc. And we are using them for further projects.
I had a great experience with LOZ Electric. Frank is very polite and professional, came soon after I called and solved my problem. My main panel was getting water in from the wire that leads to the meter outside and mu thermostat stopped working. Will definitely use him again and will recommend LOZ Electric
Frank was great, very personable, friendly, easy to talk to. Very prompt in showing up and diagnosed and fixed the problem, which turned out to not even be electrical related. Very knowledgeable in more than just general electric work.
