On Thursday March 2020 at 5:22pm a nurse told me to expose myself to someone with a virus to come in to speak to my doctor. No matter how many times I demanded to speak to my doctor she ignored me and said sarcastically do you want the appointment or not! I said I want to speak to my doctor doctor! She hung up. I called my lawyer. I made a complaint to Denise with patient relations for over an hour, nothing was documented. When I asked for the nurses name I was denied. Absolutely Horrible! After countless phone calls to this office, I waited close to two hours just to have my daughters immunization record faxed for school purposes which i still did not receive !!.After speaking with a live operator and a lady named Briana multiple times, I was let down immensely. I waited at a doctors office for close to 2 hours for one piece of paper!?.. Briana at medical records wasted my time and had no consideration for my time or my family!
