Worst lab ever have to wait every time around 35-45 minutes to be called
Gina on the 2nd floor reception is the absolute worst. Been going to drs my whole life with chronic illnesses, never had an issue but I legitimately dread having to check in there every time I go to the dr. Had issues wirh gina several times, most recently today. Again. Instigating arguments then escalating over and over when I kindly ask her to drop it and just check me in. Then she wouldn't check me out upon leaving, literally ignored me but butted in when I was talking to the other receptionist to keep argueing! Was unrea... read more
Dr. Debra BAINES is awesome. She took care of my daughter with stomach fly very efficiently. She's very passionate and pays attention to detail. 5 stars for seeing her and other staff at urgent care.
The receptionist, Lisa, was absolutely sweet and super helpful. Talking to her calmed my nerves a lot leading up to me meeting the neurologist for the first time. The neurologist, Dr Wilson, on the other hand, made my visit an embarrassing nightmare. She had very little empathy and spent more time trying to talk down to me about self medicating for pain management than she did actually examining me. Wonderful staff at this location. Lisa Rodriguez, receptionist at the front desk went above and beyond helping me get a quick appointment and follow up. From medical assistant to x-ray technician to orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Lawley, all were professional and kind. Highly recommend visiting this location.
