I arrived at 7:45 p.m., and the doors were already locked even though the hours posted on the door clearly state they close at 8:00 p.m. My son needed medical attention, and despite arriving before their posted closing time, they refused to let us in. If you’re going to lock your doors early, then stop advertising hours you have no intention of honoring. You have to scream at the front desk ladies that work the evening shift for them to do their job which consists of simply relaying a message to the nurse after hours of waiting. Please fire the evening staff at the front desk.

The staff at the front desk were very sweet and welcoming. I only waited about five minutes, which unfortunately was about as long as my appointment lasted. I was recently involved in a car accident and mentioned several soft tissue injuries and areas of pain, but the doctor did not examine them. Instead, I was prescribed medication and quickly sent on my way. This was my second visit to this office.
