Called to see if I needed an appt. Was asked what my insurance was and was told to go to other facilities that took my insurance otherwise it would be over $1000. Hate insurance & big pharma running health care in America. Also asked if I was a current patient of a Loyola dr. So much for urgent/ immediate care.😭
The doctor, nurse and staff were great. They were caring, professional, thorough, and efficient. I was very impressed by the care I received.

I visited one of your urgent care providers for what I believed to be a potential UTI or rash. The physician I saw did not provide a clear diagnosis due to my abnormal symptoms and instead recommended lab testing. Unfortunately, I received a message via MyChart stating that my test results were lost. I was then told that “if symptoms lighten up,” I shouldn’t worry about it.
