Terrible service 😞
Never coming back here again. I’ve always hated Loyola due to having more bad expediences than good, and this last experience has solidified that. The doctors at the immediate care are terrible, don’t care to listen and don’t do what they say they will. Never received any results from a throat culture I had to ask for since rapid tests are not always accurate, after being in so much pain from an infection. thank you Dr. Peacock and the whole staff. They helped today when I had a back spasm I needed immediate relief because I could not miss work. Everyone was really nice and very professional and the whole process including x-rays was very speedy.
Excellent visit under the circumstances. Needed to go to this location due to persistent cough for two weeks. Everyone in the office provided outstanding customer service. The two receptionist were polite and efficient. The Doctor I saw was professional and concerned. The X-Ray technician was careful and concerned.I would highly recommend this location for your immediate care needs.
