Been going here for many years. I absolutely love this place. Awesome friendly staff, nurses and docters, etc.. Quick and excellent service all the time. I highly recommend it. All my family and a friends, also come here as well. Thank you all for your awesome care.♥️
Called to see if I needed an appt. Was asked what my insurance was and was told to go to other facilities that took my insurance otherwise it would be over $1000. Hate insurance & big pharma running health care in America. Also asked if I was a current patient of a Loyola dr. So much for urgent/ immediate care.😭
The doctor, nurse and staff were great. They were caring, professional, thorough, and efficient. I was very impressed by the care I received.
I have had some longer waits during cold & flu season but otherwise always experience relatively prompt, thorough and caring service
