This place is terrible. You spend more time on hold than speaking to a live person. If and when they do come on the line the front desk girls are very unprofessional! I always say everyone is entitled to having a bad day but these people have a bad day all time. When you go in for your appointment the Medical Assistants or Nurses are as unprofessional as the telephone people. They are working with children and I believe should be a little more friendly.
