I am extremely disappointed with Loyola Medicine. What should have been a routine checkup for my son has turned into a $600.00 billing nightmare due to a simple clerical error on their part. 😤 The doctor’s office submitted the wrong procedure codes. My insurance (BCBS) has confirmed the visit is covered at 100%, but only if Loyola corrects the code. Doctors are fine. Need to fix the phone call system. What is the even point of having phone if you guys never answer ? Why do I physically have to come to this location to make an appointment. Why can’t other locations make appointments for me why it has to be this hard and this much time consuming process. OMG ridiculous I don’t have all day to wait to get connected.
Happy I found a provider that listens and cares, Jessica Nowakowski, APN. My husband began seeing Dr Elkelany…. New doctor. Very happy with the time he took to explain things. Finally, found a phlebotomist that can draw my impossible veins. Thank you Bruce.
Don't go here, you will come in for help and these nurses will judge you and ruin your life, literally. You can't trust them, they judge you the first time they see you, they twist your words. Go to a specialist that specializes in your issues a nurse cannot determine your mental state only a psychiatrist can however they will deem you to be a bad and harmful person off of one visit.
