This office feels extremely outdated and disorganized. The e-check-in process seems pointless — every visit I’m asked to repeat the same information at the front desk and then again in the exam room, as if nothing carries over in their system. Appointments also consistently run far behind schedule, with no transparency or communication about delays. Horrible treatment by the receptionist today.. she was rude, unprofessional, not respectful or resourceful 😣😒 The rest of the staff remarkable!!!!!
Dermatology center has rude nursing staff and is extremely disorganized. The plastics department however has the best front desk lady and Dr O is the best
